Thank you for choosing Exam-hub.in ( alias) UMTA.in for your exam preparation. Since our platform provides non-tangible, digital goods and services (online mock tests), we enforce a clear refund and cancellation policy outlined below.

1. General Refund Rules

  • Due to the digital nature of our mock tests, question banks, and performance analytics, all purchases made on the Platform are generally final and non-refundable.

  • Once a test series package is unlocked or a mock test is attempted, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances. [1]

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
We will review and process refund requests strictly under the following limited conditions: [1]

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally paid twice for the exact same test package due to a technical glitch, we will refund the duplicate amount. The duplicate transaction must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. [1]

  • Technical Incompatibility: If a major technical failure on our platform completely prevents you from accessing your paid mock tests, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days, you will be eligible for a pro-rata refund (provided you have not already completed the tests). 3. Cancellation Policy

  • You can choose to stop using our services or delete your account at any time.

  • However, canceling your account does not entitle you to a refund for any active or unused paid test packages.

4. How to Request a Refund
