Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Exam-hub.in ( alias) UMTA.in for your exam preparation. Since our platform provides non-tangible, digital goods and services (online mock tests), we enforce a clear refund and cancellation policy outlined below.
1. General Refund Rules
Due to the digital nature of our mock tests, question banks, and performance analytics, all purchases made on the Platform are generally final and non-refundable.
Once a test series package is unlocked or a mock test is attempted, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances. [1]
2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
We will review and process refund requests strictly under the following limited conditions: [1]
Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally paid twice for the exact same test package due to a technical glitch, we will refund the duplicate amount. The duplicate transaction must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. [1]
Technical Incompatibility: If a major technical failure on our platform completely prevents you from accessing your paid mock tests, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days, you will be eligible for a pro-rata refund (provided you have not already completed the tests). 3. Cancellation Policy
You can choose to stop using our services or delete your account at any time.
However, canceling your account does not entitle you to a refund for any active or unused paid test packages.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the criteria for a duplicate payment or a persistent technical platform failure, please submit your request to us:

5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is verified and approved by our team, the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment source (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI ID) through Razorpay.
