4. Platform Availability and Technical Glitches
While we strive to provide a seamless examination experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
We use local storage to safeguard your mid-exam progress against sudden internet disconnections. However, we are not liable for data loss caused by user-end device failure, hardware issues, or local ISP outages.

All premium test series and mock exam packages are paid in advance through our authorized payment gateway, Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate and valid billing details.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our mock tests are designed strictly for practice and self-assessment purposes. While our content is aligned with the latest JEE/NEET patterns, we do not guarantee admission into any college, specific ranks, or minimum marks in the official entrance examinations.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these terms, engage in copyright infringement, or disrupt platform operations.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telengana.
